our story
Girl Friday started as a side-project in 2018 and has now grown into our full-time job (and part-time for a small team of wonderful helpers). It delights us to be able to make a living sharing our passion for health and sustainability with like-minded people right across Adelaide
Having four children ourselves, we understand the importance of saving both time and money when it comes to food shopping, without compromising on quality, and this is precisely our business model.
We firmly believe that fruit and vegetables grown and stored without the use of synthetic chemicals is the best choice, not only for our own health but for the health of the eco-system we all call home. Further to this we also aim to minimise the use of plastic in our boxes and reuse and recycle bulk packaging as much as possible.

Produce is sourced locally when available and always from within Australia. Over the past two years we have formed strong relationships with certified Organic and Biodynamic growers in our area and are proud to play a part in sharing the fruits of their hard work and invaluable knowledge with our extended family of appreciative customers.
