This is a multiflora honey; meaning that it comes from all sorts of flowers around the area, the majority of which are natives. Flavour changes depending on the food source, weather condition and season. It never tastes the same!
 
Raw honey may crystalise. If this happens, place the jar in warm (not boiling) water for a while.
